Welcome to EliteFareConnect. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the booking services we provide. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Our Role

EliteFareConnect operates as a travel agency and booking intermediary. We do not own or operate airlines. Your contract of carriage is directly with the airline(s) listed on your ticket. Our role is to facilitate your booking and provide support.

2. Booking & Ticketing

  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a valid e-ticket.

  • Passenger names and details must exactly match government-issued ID/passport. Errors may result in denied boarding and additional fees.

  • Special requests (such as seating or meals) are passed to the airline but are not guaranteed.

  • All our tickets include complimentary seat selection and lounge access, check airlines website for seating and lounge information.

  • Bookings made through us are considered 'reward bookings' and therefore you are not entitled to additional frequent flier points or status credits with airline(s). For more information check airline website for their terms and conditions on reward bookings.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in country of departure port and include applicable taxes and airline charges unless otherwise noted.

  • Our service fees and payment surcharges may apply and are non-refundable.

  • EliteFareConnect reserves the right to cancel bookings where obvious pricing errors occur.

  • Payment must be authorized at the time of booking. Fraudulent or unauthorized payments will result in cancellation.

 

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Significant changes and cancellations of flights must be done through our user dashboard or by contacting us, not through the airline.

  • Airline fare rules determine the flexibility of your ticket. Our discounted tickets are considered reward bookings and are therefore non-refundable, and can only be changed for a fee through usif new dates are available. 

  • If changes or cancellations are permitted, additional airline and agency service fees may apply.

  • Cancellations when available must be done through us and will only be processed according to the airline’s fare rules. EliteFareConnect tickets are always non-refundable for cash, however, you are entitled to EliteFare travel credit that can be used to book another flight through us only.

  • If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, we will assist you in obtaining the remedies available under the airline’s policies (e.g., rebooking, travel credit.)

 

5. Airline Schedule Changes

  • Airlines may alter flight times, routings, or aircraft without notice.

  • EliteFareConnect is not responsible for airline-initiated changes or cancellations.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide support based on the airline’s policy.

 

6. Baggage, Seating & Travel Documents

  • Baggage allowances and fees differ by airline. You are responsible for checking the airline’s baggage policy.

  • Free seat selection is always included in your ticket, however, it is subject to airline availability and may change without notice.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, health documentation, and comply with all entry and exit requirements.

 

7. Liability

  • EliteFareConnect is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, aircraft changes, missed connections, or losses caused by airlines, governments, or third parties.

  • We are not responsible for force majeure events including weather, strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.

  • Our maximum liability to you, if any, is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to us for the booking.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate passenger and payment details at the time of booking.

  • Comply with airline check-in requirements and travel document rules.

  • Keep your contact details current to receive updates.

 

9. Fraud & Security

  • We may use fraud prevention checks and request additional verification.

  • Suspected fraudulent bookings may be cancelled without notice or liability.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of EliteFareConnect. You may not copy or distribute them without written consent.

 

11. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
